Questions from gym owners
Do my members have to download an app to book?
No. They book from your gym's booking page on their phone, or on WhatsApp if they use it. Nothing to install.
How does the assistant know how many classes each member has left?
Every member has a class pack or membership with a balance. Booking takes a class off, canceling in time puts it back, and every change is logged.
What happens when someone cancels late?
You set the cutoff, for example 1 hour before class. Cancel after that and the class counts as used.
Can I move my members over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import your active members from your contacts or any file, and your assistant sets them up with their packs.
How do Zelle and Venmo payments get confirmed?
Your assistant sends the member the amount, how to pay you and a reference code. When the screenshot comes in, it checks the amount, the date and that it went to you, and you confirm with one tap. The pack only starts once you confirm.
Can members pay by card?
Wawnia doesn't process cards. If you already have your own payment link, add it as a payment method and your assistant shares it. You still confirm every payment.
