What is an active client?

A client who, during the month, had an active plan, paid something or had a completed booking. People who only ask questions don't count. It's the same status you see on each client's card.

How much does Wawnia cost?

There's a free plan to try. Individual costs $24.99 per month for one person, and Team costs $19.99 per person per month, starting at 2 people.

What happens if I have more active clients than my plan includes?

Your clients keep getting answers as usual. We let you know first; if you stay over, the next month the extra clients are charged or we suggest a bigger plan.

Does the free plan have every feature?

Yes, the same ones as the other plans. It covers 1 person and 20 active clients, and your page shows “Made with Wawnia”.

Does Wawnia take a cut of what I charge my clients?

No. Your clients pay you directly.

What currency is Wawnia charged in?

US dollars (USD).

Is there a discount if I pay yearly?

Yes. When you pay for the full year, you get 20% off the monthly price. To see it, switch to “Yearly” above, in the plans.
