No. They open your booking page on their phone, or message you on WhatsApp if they already use it.
My clients don't use WhatsApp. Does it still work?
Yes. Your booking page works in any phone browser, so you can share the link in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile or in your DMs. WhatsApp is an extra channel for clients who use it.
Does the assistant sound like Wawnia or like my business?
Like your business. It introduces itself as your business's assistant and only talks about your services, hours, bookings and payments.
How do I get paid?
Straight to you, with the methods you already use: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cash or your own payment link. Your assistant asks for the payment and checks the screenshot, and you confirm it with one tap. Wawnia never holds your money.
What if the assistant doesn't know the answer?
It hands the conversation to you. You reply from Wawnia and your assistant passes it on. It never makes up a confirmation.
